Katrina Kaif was born on July 16, 1983 in Hong Kong, Britain, to a Kashmiri Muslim father, Muhammad Kaif, and a British Christian mother, Susan, who graduated from Harvard University and was a lawyer until she became involved in charity work. She has seven siblings. Her parents divorced when she was very young. She was raised in Hawaii and then moved to England with her mother.
