Biography, Life story
Fares Karam was born on June 25, 1973 in the village of Jezzine in southern Lebanon. His father was a farmer and his mother was a worker at the village school. Circumstances desired, and he did not complete his education, so he studied until the fourth grade of primary school, then worked on some simple crafts, then turned to singing while he was still young. His first artistic breakthrough was in 1996 through the Art Studio, which gave him first place, where he won the gold medal in the category of popular singing, after which Fares launched Karam has many albums that have been widely popular.
In September 2012, Fares Karam fell ill due to atherosclerosis, and he underwent a heart catheterization operation as a result of which he recovered.
