Biography, Life story
Houda Saad was born on November 22, 1981 in Casablanca, Morocco. To an artistic family who supported her desire to enter the world of music, her father is the lyric poet Ahmed Saad. She joined the Conservatory at the age of 12. She participated in the program (Stars of Tomorrow), the largest program to discover rising voices in Morocco in 1998 on the 2M screen, where she ranked third.
Wanting to diversify her talent, Houda continued her education at the Academy and then headed to Geneva, to join a music institute where she received the foundation of Western music.
Houda Saad focused mainly on the Moroccan dialect in her songs, in addition to other dialects from the Arab world, as she sang in Egyptian and Gulf dialects as well. In 2008, she participated in the program (X Factor Lebanon) in its second edition, which is a huge Arab music TV program, and her exit from the competition was early, but she attracted the interest of the owner of the Rotana company, Salim al-Hindi. In 2009, Rotana produced its first album, “Irhat”. She composed and wrote her collection of songs and achieved great success.
