Biography, Life story
Hadeel Alian was born in Doha, capital of Qatar, whose father is a media man. She grew up in her hometown of Doha, but completed her university studies in Gaza, Palestine, where she studied English literature. Her media start was at Palestine Television in Ramallah, through the Gaza Startup, a major competition program that was live. The deterioration of the political situation and the war in Gaza prompted her to move to Cairo, where she worked as a news reporter and then as a studio broadcaster. She accidentally entered the media, when asked to do an on-camera test to find herself on air presenting the news feed a few hours later, and had not encountered the camera in her life. She is now the broadcaster of Al Arabiya-Al-Hashar.
The press and viewers called it Cinderella Palestine, as one of the Arab ministers called it Lady Screen Arabic.
