Biography, Life story
Leila Bozidi, an Algerian broadcaster, studied at the University of Algeria. She began her media work by working on Algerian television in 1995 as a journalist and news reports, and in 2004 as a presenter and producer of programmes and news. In 2004, she worked as a presenter on CNBC Arabic in Dubai. In 2006, she worked as a news presenter, programme and producer on “Midi 1TV” in Morocco. In 2011 she moved to work as a news presenter at Al Arabiya Channel in Dubai. At the same time, she worked as a radio correspondent for Qatar. In 2012, she became a presenter and developer of the Sunrise News Channel and is one of its founders. She worked on the Atlas Channel during 2013 and set up her own television production company called “BL STAR” to embody some ideas and projects in the field of audiovisual. She worked for Algeria’s KBC channel as a supervisor during 2014. That same year she returned to the Sunrise News Channel as news director and also a presenter and preparer for political programs. At the same time, she worked as a correspondent for Al-Tahrir in Algeria. In 2020, she submitted her resignation from Sunrise News, and joined Lena’s television team.
