Laura Abu Asaad was born on March 5, 1976 in Homs, Syria. She is the older sister of actress Maysoon Abu Asaad. She entered the field of art and started acting in 1995, when the director “Najda Ismail Enzo” hired her in his series “Remains of Pictures”, which witnessed her brilliance, prompting other directors to use her in their work. Where she participated in many Syrian TV series, including the series “Hammam Al-Qishani” and the series “Sahar Al-Sharq” in 2001. She also participated in the dubbing of some Turkish series, the most important of which is the famous series (Nour) in 2005, starring Songul Udan and Kivanc Tatlitug.
In 2018, Turkish actress Songul Udan thanked her for dubbing her voice in the Nour series, during her honor at the Murex d’Or Awards ceremony that was held in Lebanon.
