Drashti Dhami was born on January 10, 1985 in Mumbai, India. She began her artistic career in 2007, appearing in several television works (Dill Mill Gayya, Geet Hui Sabse Parayi) alongside actor Gurmit Chowdhari, and the film (Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon) alongside actor Vivian Dsina. She won the sixth season award of the popular dance show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and was selected to be the brand ambassador (Canvironment) in 2015.
Drashti Dhami married Neeraj Khimka.
She received the award for Best Actress for her role in The Jet Series in 2011. She received the award for Best Actress for her role in the 2013 Madhubala series.
