Dalia Abdullah was born in Sudan. From a Sudanese father and a Russian mother. She graduated from the Arab School in Moscow and received a bachelor’s degree in economics and politics from York University in Canada. She received a master’s degree in international business administration from the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom, as well as a master’s degree from the Faculty of Management in France, specializing in international financial management.
