She became famous as a seduction artist.

When she grew up, she worked as an air hostess, then as a model, but she returned again to the cinema when she was nineteen years old through the movie (The People Who Goh) and then the movie (Miramar) in 1969. After that, her films rolled and shined by presenting exciting roles and became a common denominator in Most of the films of the seventies and eighties, she wore the hijab and retired from acting in 1993, but returned to acting with a veil in the series Habib El Rouh in 2006.

She also married Farouk al-Fishawi after his separation from his wife and the mother of his son, Sumaya al-Alfi, then she retired from art, and it seems that she also retired from marriage, as she once announced her engagement to the international actor Omar Sharif and did not marry him, then she engaged her to the Syndicate of Cinematographers Youssef Shaaban, but she did not marry him either, and she had a love story that brought her together with a man. Works named Khaled Al-Rashed, but the circumstances did not bring them together, and the artist said that if time went back, she would only marry Khaled Al-Rashed.
